Software Maintenance Plan -
TransNatura offers an annual Software Maintenance Plan (SMP) which provides a simple, convenient and affordable way for clients to keep
their software up to date and supported and acquire new functionality as it is developed.
For an annual subscription fee, clients can directly download product updates, upgrades and extensions as they become available.
The SMP is available for a very reasonable annual fee and is available free-of-charge to clients who opt for the natureSmith Hosting Service.
natureSmith Hosting Service -
 TransNatura offers turnkey natureSmith application hosting services at our high-speed co-location facility in California, USA.
TransNatura offers 'managed hosting' on our dedicated servers, where we manage the server and operating system, monitor security,
perform daily backups and completely manage the natureSmith application system, leaving the client to focus solely on managing their content.
The natureSmith Software Maintenance Plan is included free-of-charge. TransNatura can also host a client's own server at our facility and provide
similar management services at additional cost.
TransNatura's facility offers a fully redundant, hi-speed network with multiple backbone Internet providers for maximum reliability and performance -
utilising a one-gigabit (1000Mbps) main circuit with an independent auto-switching 155Mbps backup circuit.
This facility has a 99.9% network uptime guarantee, 24/7 certified technical support and on-site security personnel.
The facility is climate-controlled, has dedicated inline UPS and diesel generator power backup and a dry-pipe fire suppression system.

For quality control reasons and due to the complexity of installation, TransNatura offers natureSmith software in 3 'installation modalities':
- installed by TransNatura and hosted on TransNatura's servers
- preinstalled by TransNatura on client's own server and colocated at TransNatura's hosting facility
- preinstalled by TransNatura on client's own server and colocated or hosted locally
Software Maintance Plan fees and service options will vary depending on the installation type.
Additional Development Services -
Additional development and programming services are available from TransNatura. Our experienced development team is available on a daily or per job basis to provide
graphic design, feature/module development, database modifications and data conversion services at a daily rate or previously agreed flat rate. Learn More
